1. Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Booking:

   • If you cancel within 48 hours of making your booking, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. This fee covers the transaction charges imposed by PayPal.

2. Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before the Scheduled Tour:

   • If you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled tour, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. This fee covers the transaction charges imposed by PayPal.

3. Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Scheduled Tour:

   • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule your tour without any additional charges, subject to availability.

4. No-Show Policy:

   • If you do not show up for your tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

5. Processing Refunds:

   • All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking. For payments made via PayPal, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
