Cancellation

- Tour modifications must be made 24 hours before the tour to avoid penalties.
- Non-refundable cancellations include weather-related cancellations approved by the coast guard.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are effective upon receipt.
- Tours canceled by the Coast Guard or due to dangerous weather will have alternate arrangements or a refund.
- Non-refundable fees include advance-purchased tickets and permits.
Refunds

- Refunds will automatically deduct payments made for crew, staff, and boat.
No-Show
