Upon completing your reservation submission, a Confirmation of Booking Order will be dispatched to your email. Following acceptance of your booking, a Voucher, representing your proof of purchase, will be sent to your email. This voucher is essential and must be shown to the relevant service provider to utilize your tour, ticket, or package. Without a valid voucher, reservation services will not be provided.
In the event that the booked travel service is unavailable, you will have the option to receive a complete refund or to select an alternative travel service of equivalent value.
Should the Booking Confirmation not arrive in your inbox shortly after payment submission, please inspect your Junk email folder, as it might have been misdirected there. To ensure future communications arrive in your inbox, mark the email as Not Junk if found in the Junk folder.
If the Booking Confirmation is nowhere to be found, including in your Junk folder, it is crucial to reach out to us without delay at reservation@lovelyntravelandtours.com. Not doing so will be interpreted as acknowledgment of receipt of both the Booking Confirmation and Voucher.
Despite our efforts to ensure the correctness of prices and details on our website, discrepancies can occur. Should we discover a discrepancy in the pricing of a travel service you’ve reserved, we will contact you with the option to either reconfirm your booking at the accurate price or cancel it. If we’re unable to communicate with you, the booking will be treated as cancelled, with a full refund issued.
We reserve the authority to modify any content on our website without prior announcement.
We might need to alter travel services due to unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances beyond our reach. Such circumstances include but are not limited to conflicts, civil disturbances, actions by governments, natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, technical issues, maintenance disruptions, and closures of airports.
We disclaim responsibility for any inconvenience or cancellations caused by these uncontrollable events, unless specifically covered in these terms.
The influence of weather conditions on the travel itinerary falls outside our responsibility. We bear no liability for adjustments or disturbances to the itinerary stemming from weather conditions.
Our role involves coordinating with third-party suppliers to present a spectrum of travel products and services. Therefore, we are not accountable for any complications that emerge from the services provided by these suppliers, including sickness, injuries, loss, delays, or any discomfort caused by the service providers or other third parties involved.
Direct claims regarding any disputes should be made with the respective supplier of the travel service or product. We commit to offering reasonable assistance for reclaiming any refunds from these third-party suppliers when applicable.
We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance prior to commencing your trip for protection and peace of mind. It is your responsibility to choose and acquire insurance coverage that suits your needs.
We retain the right to alter the mode and capacity of transportation and adjust pick-up schedules as deemed necessary, without previous notification. Refunds will not be issued for such substitutions or changes in the itinerary due to factors beyond our control.
Should any problems arise, immediate communication with the concerned entity (e.g., hotel manager, tour guide) is advised for issue resolution. Persistent issues should be reported to our office for further assistance.
A formal written complaint must be lodged within 30 days post-trip. Complaints filed beyond this timeframe will not be acknowledged. For refunds, email reservation@lovelyntravelandtours.com with your details and booking reference within 30 days post the service date. Late refund requests will be disregarded.
Participation in our tours grants us permission to utilize any photographs or images taken during the tour for promotional purposes without compensation. Similarly, any feedback provided may be used for promotional purposes.
The safeguarding of your personal belongings during the tour/transfer is your responsibility. We accept no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Booking:
- If you cancel within 48 hours of making your booking, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. This fee covers the transaction charges imposed by PayPal.
Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before the Scheduled Tour:
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled tour, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. This fee covers the transaction charges imposed by PayPal.
Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Scheduled Tour:
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule your tour without any additional charges, subject to availability.
No-Show Policy:
- If you do not show up for your tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Processing Refunds:
- All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking. For payments made via PayPal, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
